Can I bounce without a parent or guardian?
- All bouncers must have a waiver and if under 18, signed by a parent or guardian, which can be completed online in advance.
- Children aged 4 or under must be supervised on the park by a paying adult.
What is the minimum age to bounce?
- CHILDREN AGED 4 OR UNDER MUST BE SUPERVISED ON THE PARK BY A PAYING ADULT.
- GUESTS WHO ARE 5 Years + MAY BOUNCE INDEPENDENTLY BUT STILL BE SUPERVISED BY AN NON PAYING ADULT. 4 children to 1 adult.
- Children must be 1.2M high to PARTICIPATE on the big one (slide) and drop pads.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
- Yes, all participants need a signed waiver.
- Waivers are valid for 12 months.
- For those under 18, a parent/guardian must sign the waiver.
- Please ensure your wavier is signed in advance so you don’t loose time from your session!
Can I bounce if I’m pregnant or have a medical condition?

Pregnant guests are not permitted to bounce for safety reasons.

Are there any height or weight limits?
- CHILDREN MUST BE 1.2m TO USE THE BIG SLIDE.
- Children must be 1.2M high to PARTICIPATE on the drop pads.
- children taller then 1.2m are not premitted to use the baby bouncer.
- Maximum weight limit: 18 stone / 114 kg per person
What should I wear?
- Bounce Southwest grip socks are recommended for comfort and hygiene. While not compulsory due to our non-slip surface, they enhance safety.
- No shoes and no bare feet allowed on the inflatables.
- Long sleeves and trousers are recommended to help prevent friction burns.
- Tie back long hair before entering the activity areas.
- No hard or sharp clothing features such as buckles, studs, zips, or toggles.
- Empty all pockets before participating
- Remove all jewellery, Glasses, watches, keys, coins, or any other sharp objects before entering.
- No phones, cameras, food, drinks, or chewing gum are permitted in the inflatable areas.
- Socks available for purchase on-site.
Can I wear glasses while bouncing?

Glasses are not PERMITTED on the inflatables due to health & safety.
Are lockers available?
- No, lockers are not available. Personal items are the individuals responsibility.
- You are welcome to leave your shoes in the cubby holes provided in our shoe tent.
How long is a bounce session?

a standard session is 90 minutes.
- We run 180 minute sessions during term time evenings.
Do I need to book in advance?
- Yes, especially during weekends and holidays.
- Walk-ins are welcome only if space allows.
When should I arrive?

Please arrive 20 minutes early for check-in, waiver verification, and safety briefing.
Can I bring my own food?

greendale Farm Shop offers a fantastic selection of food, drinks, and cafEs. Spectators are welcome to bring their food and drink into the arena.

please note that food is not allowed on the inflatables.

Hot and cold refreshments will also be available to purchase inside the arena.
Can I watch without bouncing?
- Absolutely! Spectators are welcome in the viewing area. Grab a drink and take a seat!
What happens if it rains or is too windy?
If we need to close the park due to bad weather, we’ll contact you as soon as possible. You’ll have the option to reschedule your booking for another session or receive a full refund.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the Activity to be eligible for rescheduling.

Bookings are non refundable.
